La Frubense is a pioneering company in the production and manufacture of dried and dehydrated fruits and vegetables from organic farming.

 

The success of our products is due to the manufacturing speed, reducing to a minimum the elapsing time between its initial farming to its final packaging. Thanks to the maximum quality of the raw material and very careful craftsmanship, we managed to preserve the flavor and aroma of our products without adding any preservatives or coloring agents.

DRIED FRUIT AND VEGETABLES

La Frubense began its journey in 2005 and since from then on it has maintained a natural drying process without altering the products while offering the highest sanitary guarantees.

 

Our hot air drying tunnels maintain a constant temperature of about 40 degrees celsius throughout the whole process, which allows us to perform a natural drying keeping all the organoleptic properties, flavor, aroma and texture of fruits and vegetables, with no need of preservatives, such as salt, paraffin or sulfur.
