1 Kg potatoes, peeled and cut in pieces
5 LA FRUBENSE organic dried peppers
1 small onion
1 cup of olive oil
Garlic, salt and cumin seeds
Unsalted cooked cod broken into pieces
Cook the potatoes together with the dried peppers and a pinch of salt.
Wash the eggs and add to the potatoes.
Once the potatoes are cooked mash together with the peppers.
Add one cup of the water where the potatoes where boiled to the mash to make it more juicy.
In a mortar mash the cumin and the garlic together with half a cup of olive oil and add to the potato mash together with the chopped onion.
Cut the eggs and add to the mash, adding the othet half cup of olive oil and mix well.
Serve in a dish and top with the cod and the black olives.
