Cook the spaghetti for 15 minutes in boiling water; add salt to taste.
To prepare the sauce place the jar of organic dried tomatoes in a bowl and mix with some fresh basil.
Crush the mixture and add to the cooked spaghetti.
If preferred you can warm up the organic dried tomatoes in olive oil before crushing them.
You could also add some anchovies or garlic cloves to the mixture before crushing.
Decorate the plate with sliced black olives.
The rest of the sauce could be used to spread on toast with some slices of ham on top.
500 grams spaghetti
1 jar of LA FRUBENSE organic dried tomatoes in olive oil
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 garlic cloves
